The first part of this tutorial focuses on editing your image to give it a more rounded appearance. In this example, I’ve deleted the Windows taskbar and done some transformations to the image. We’ll learn more about the various tools used in this part of the tutorial.

Launch Photoshop and open your image to load it into the program. You can use the step key to zoom in and out to view and work on the image.
Layers: If you click the Layers button on the top left of the Photoshop window, you’ll see layers that have been added to the image. You can navigate between layers by clicking the small arrows at the bottom of the Layers panel, which will open the layers in the panel up and down.
Layer Styles: If you click the Layer Styles button on the top right, you’ll see the current layer overlaid with a set of Layer Styles applied to it. You can select, and customize the different Layer Styles available, such as Bevel, Emboss, and so on.
Layer effects: If you click the Layer Effects button, you’ll see the image overlaid with different layer effects, such as Flatten, Blur, and so on. With the Layer Effects settings, you can apply the Layer effect to specific layers, and control how many pixels are affected by the effect.
Image Adjustments: If you click the Image Adjustments button, you’ll see the image overlaid with adjustments that you have made to the image. These adjustments are also available when you are working on the image. You can also use the Adjustments panel to make adjustments to the image.
Make a selection: Photoshop has a number of selection tools. If you click the Select button, you’ll see a set of tools for making selections, such as the Quick Selection tool and the Magnetic Lasso tool. To make a selection, click on the area of the image you want to select. A dotted line will appear around the selected area. Click and drag the dotted line to make the selected area of the image. The area can be selected by clicking and dragging or by using one of the selection tools.

However, like Fotor, Gimp does not have a batch processing tool.
Also, you have to save photos as.jpg format. In addition to that, for image editing, you have to apply selection tools such as magic wand, lasso, etc. in Gimp. Tampa Bay’s water suppliers are asking the public to report any illegal discharges of stormwater and wastewater into Tampa Bay.
The “Golden Pipeline” project of Tampa Bay Water, Gulf Coast Water, Tampa Electric Co. and the US Army Corps of Engineers is looking for illegal discharges of stormwater and wastewater.
In January, the area’s water suppliers launched an “in-line” notice system to help with water quality in Tampa Bay. They’re asking the public to send them any information on illegal discharges.
“The Golden Pipeline’s mission is to protect our bay,” said Tampa Bay Water spokesman Tom Brill. “The more information we have, the better we’ll be able to assess any impacts to our area’s water. Illegal discharges contaminate our bay in many ways, including discharging stormwater, treated wastewater and raw sewage that’s untreated, exceeding the daily loadings allowed from our sewage treatment plants. We are committed to working with our stakeholders to find solutions so the bay can remain a clean and fishable resource for the future.”
On Jan. 23, the Golden Pipeline team was among several water suppliers from the southern region to attend a water quality conference in Tampa.
They were met with residents from Osceola and Marion counties, who said they’re concerned about the impact illegal discharges are having on their watersheds. Water quality along the West Coast is being impacted by large discharges from Washington and Oregon, which are causing water pollution and negative effects to wildlife.
“One of the biggest concerns on the West Coast is that if you have an event that creates a lot of runoff, whether it’s from a rain event or a runoff that comes from agricultural runoff, then you’re creating a lot of contaminant loads,” said Andy Isenberg, manager of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s Everglades and West Coast division. “You have a lot of rivers to back up, not only to the rivers but to Lake Okeechobee, which is where a lot of our bay water flows.”
Isenberg said the impacts come in the form of sediment, nutrients, fecal coliform and pathogens
