# **Filters**
The Filters tool, accessed by clicking Filter Filter, enables quick access to a slew of different filters that you can use to enhance your images. Photoshop comes with a variety of built-in filters you can use, but you can also find ready-made filters on the Internet or download them from Photoshop’s website for free.
The filters are arranged in tabs near the top of the Filter window. However, if you prefer, you can easily rearrange the tabs by dragging the tab headings to the left or to the right of the window. You can also resize the Filter window by dragging the window border.
When you click the Filter Filter button, Photoshop displays the Filters panel, which is shown in Figure 5-9. The Filters panel is divided into a number of tabs, each one devoted to a different filter. You can see in Figure 5-9 that the panel in this example is set to use the Graduated Filter and that a number of filters are selected:

This panel is also divided into different tabs. The top tab is the Graduated Filter tab, the second tab is the Details tab, and the third tab is the Filter Gallery. The details tab includes all the settings you would use to select which filters you want to use.
## **Graduated Filter**
The Graduated Filter, as you might expect, creates a visual effect by using gradients, which are lines that change from one color to another. Graduated filters typically create a soft transition between two colors.
The Graduated Filter is found in the Filter Gallery and the Details panel. The Graduated Filter works like a filter if you move a slider, but you use the Graduated Filter with the Brush tool. Figure 5-10 illustrates how to use the Graduated Filter.

Aikatsu has taken the TV anime world by storm. Now, the idols are going mobile.
Aikatsu Friends!, the long-in-the-works game project from Bandai Namco, is coming to the Nintendo Switch this Fall. Aikatsu Friends! follows the trappings of Bandai Namco’s own Aikatsu Friends television anime, and, as you might have guessed, it’s mostly about adventure.
The game will feature around 30 returning characters, but also introduce new idol characters, new characters, and special collaboration characters. (Collaboration characters are characters that were featured in the Aikatsu Friends! TV anime, and have only been seen on TV, not in the game yet.)

The 20-player character/player ship battle system introduced in the anime returns, as does the 4-4 formation matches.
The Battle Card system will also come back. It adds a lot of depth to the skirmishes. It’s a card system that will allow one player to have a team of cards, with characters on them, and others to play them to battle.
The new additions to the game include such things as functional chat systems, which allow you to discuss your battle cards. You can also have your own cards that you swap in with your team to combat others’ teams.
There are still many questions about Aikatsu Friends! that have yet to be answered.
