The U.S. Congress has passed a bill that declares 2012 the “National Clean Energy Month.”
The bill was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives in a 278-135 vote on October 18.

It’s likely that Microsoft will release Windows 8 on October 26th, but a leaked screenshot from an HBO leak earlier today might have revealed a release date for Windows RT. The screenshot was reportedly lifted from the Xbox Live’s Avatar service. The screenshot says “Xbox comes in October.” If it proves to be true, it could be the first time the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Windows RT would all be released in the same month. This would allow Microsoft to price the console more aggressively, and would give Windows RT a more timely launch.
