Applying function in pandas df using dataframe from another df
I have some data stored in pandas in the form of:
id_1|id_2|test_type_1|test_type_2
I need to find the number of tests for each type_1 and type_2 and return in the form:
type_1_count|type_2_count
So basically I need to apply function on each row and return a dataframe.

This release includes a fixed problem with the Full Screen option in the Shortcuts menu.
Also, you can now remove all the shortcuts that were added with earlier versions of New Music Labels.
Improvements:
– If you have the Shortcuts menu open and you select Full Screen (keyboard shortcut F11), you can now return to the previous screen using the Esc key.
– If you have the Show/Hide Menu open and you select the first shortcut, you will now see all the shortcuts that were added with previous versions of New Music Labels.
Fixed:
– If you had a problem with the Full Screen option in the Shortcuts menu, you can now use the Esc key to get out of Full Screen.
