jQuery scrollTo() when document is resized

I am trying to scroll-to-top in my html page, when it is resized.
I use the following script:

The problem is, when I resized my screen, i just get back to the top of the page (without scroll). How can i fix it?

If you want the effect to “lurk” you need a slightly different approach.

Back in the Summer of ’96, Survivor: Cook Islands got into trouble for the first time in the history of the show. The game that Tom, Matt, and Rupert played to get Jeff Probst and a few other people out of the game was dirty.

The way it went down was this: Matt removed an annoying kid named Takali for no real reason. Tom did it, so Matt had to go. Once Tom was gone, Jeff Probst went to Matt’s tribe and said that he wanted to give one of them a million dollars and two clues to see who would go to the end.

It was a weird and very elaborate way for Jeff to get rid of the third man in his alliance. He set it up to be a big secret to keep his two other allies in the dark. He put himself in the middle and made it seem like he was going to vote for the former alliance member. As a result, Matt was the deciding vote, and Matt was gone.

The people in the middle were in shock, but there was a glimmer of hope: Survivor likes to break up the middle of strong alliances. And the Cook Islands tribes were very cohesive. Matt and Rupert were very tight, and they had done all of the right things. If Jeff got rid of Matt, there was still a chance for Rupert to come back.

So Jeff had given Rupert the money and the clue. After a few weeks, he went to Matt. Rupert was out, but Matt was safe. And then Jeff came back for the second time to tell Rupert he was safe, and he gave Rupert the clue to the immunity idol.

Then he went and played the idol on someone. Rupert was now out. And Jeff came back again to tell Rupert he was safe. At that point, I’m pretty sure the producers called Rupert and Matt and told them that Jeff was going to come for them next. But I have no proof of that.

As the official series now on DVD, we didn’t see all of this happen. This is what really happened: Jeff and Rupert played the idol on Matt, and then Jeff told Rupert, “I saved Matt, so you’re safe.” Rupert, however, didn’t want to be safe and assumed that Matt wouldn’t have a clue to an idol.

Rupert, therefore, went to his alliance, saying he knew where the idol was. Jeff was pissed that Rupert had used him,
