Unzip the arch linux package to extract EC Limiter’s files then run the:

EC Limiter uses only harmonic distortion to limit the amplitude of audio signals by introducing very low distortion to the audio band that is being limited and then adds the distorted signal back into the original signal.
Most existing audio limiters in the market use only distortion caused by the nature of audio source. EC Limiter is different from other audio limiters in that it employs natural distortion that is created by output clipping. This is because the input signal is fed into the amplifier and gradually increases in amplitude until it exceeds the limits of the amplifier.
