“Flac Tag Library for Delphi (FLAC-TLB) is an open source Java library that provides for reading and editing FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) tags. It can be used in any Delphi program that uses the JVM (Java Virtual Machine) to run applications written in Delphi.

Extract the zip archive to get the following files:
