PolyIblit was designed to be a VST 2.3 compatible software synthesizer for PC.
The oscillator waveforms are generated using BLITs (Band Limited Impulse Train) that gives oscillators with very low aliasing.

There are four sets of multimode filters that can be used as a single resonant
lowpass or highpass and pass or reject low and high frequencies accordingly.
Since PolyIblit is a software synthesizer any modulation method that a VST 2.3 plugin
can do is not possible.
However, PolyIblit can do LFOs, control change, portamento and note on, in which
cases they should all do their normal tasks.
The filter section is quite versatile and contains DCAs to modulate filters without
frequency dependent shifting.
PolyIblit has two envelopes that can modulate the filter frequency range.
There are four ADSR envelopes with methods such as hold level, attack, decay and
sustain.
