We’ve been hard at work for the last four months, and we’re excited to announce that The Lost City of Gold is coming to PlayStation®4, Xbox One, Windows PC, and Steam on August 28! We’re also working on some fun social features that we think you’ll enjoy, so stay tuned for more on that!
Welp, what do you know, here we are at PAX West 2016! While we’re in the midst of a small press showcase for Tarnished Soul, we thought we’d show some of the crazy things we have going on behind the scenes that we’re just trying to share with our fans. For example, we have this little sneak peek video of the game’s new combat system! And hopefully that will help feed our in-game radar that’s mostly on the side of pushing the game to be a heck of a lot of fun with a simple but effective combat system.
We’ve also got this little video of the game running on the PS4 as I speak. A little bit low-res! But still cool to look at. As I said, we’re not actually showing the real game yet, but it’s nice to see that it’s actually working on the PS4!
Anyway, hopefully you’ll enjoy this little bit of show and tell, and maybe help us dig a bit deeper into some of the things we want to do with Tarnished Soul. The first proper gameplay footage should be done within a couple of weeks, if not less. We can’t wait to show you all what we have in store for you with the Tarnished Soul! Stay tuned.

The world of ELDEN RING is a war-torn world, which long ago was torn apart by the madness of the Empyreal Lord and the infighting between the Elden Lord. After the death of the former king, the Empyreal Lord has been dominating the land and prohibited many from going into the mountain.
In the midst of this, a young man from the village of Risia, Tarnished, of pure race, rises from a lowly slave to become the 22nd of the Elden Lords.
You start your adventure in the Lands Between, a place where dragons rest, that connects the open fields and dungeons with each other and becomes a journey you will have to go through. You become enmeshed in the legend that the Lands Between is written in the books entitled “Mage’s Song” and “Cantos: Prologue”. In these books you will encounter the party members who will be with you on your journey, so you can create a party of up to six characters.

THE STORY OF RISE
A _Vast World_
Situated at the crossroads between the red and green lands, the Lands Between have been waiting for a hero who would invoke the power of the Elden Ring.

Hellsguardia, a city in the west, is ruled by the exiled nobility and the Elden elders, and is known for the strict censorship of the surrounding countryside.
