I have enjoyed the first two part of the RING series in this iPhone game, though they could use some balancing changes. I have used the hammer and find it a bit too powerful. My favorite weapon in RING is the blessed axe. For a stat based RPG, I have it balanced at an 80 health bonus plus strong attack and defense. As long as you watch the gauntlet, you will take less damage than most enemies. This is a good “survival mode” game, just like the first two. There is some strategy and it is addicting to know what your next enemy is going to be. There is also a World Map that lets you view the whole over world. I have not used it much but I have found some excellent places to fight! If you are looking for another RPG-like RPG game, just know that its not like other mobile games and you may not find a better one. However, I would recommend it just to those that don’t want to play “Monster Hunter: World” or “Fruit Ninja Runner”.

I started playing the game while in the middle of my hectic day job. I stopped around an hour in and never turned it back on. I just wanted to say that this is a pretty cool game. The graphics are nice and the world looks like it’s constructed in-game, not out of tiny squares. It’s got a nice fantasy setting and the combat is really well-implemented. The action is great and the gameplay is solid. This game definitely helps me unwind when I need a bit of relaxation. I’d recommend it to anyone who just wants some mindless fun with their phone.

A pretty awesome game. The battle system in this is rather interesting because you can use or access four different types of weapons at one time. The Gantlet, Twin Blades, Hammer, and Shield are the three types that are in use in battle with a transition between types of weapons.
