Today we will bring you a part 2 of the Reality Bytes – VR Experience that was edited by Virtual Reality Company Oculus.
This is a series of different VR experiences that the Oculus team have been working on. Some might be for to help VR users – others to just entertain. They also post different videos showing the process behind the scenes as they were adapting the script to VR (I mean of course the footage).
This is the first part of an experience based on the episode of the reality TV show called Top Chef, where the contestants were asked to create a meal from a variety of random props. In VR people are asked to list three things that make up their character and their life, the type of events that have happened. We’ll see if they succeed.
Today we will introduce to you A typical side project of Oculus is also amazing. As Reality Bytes – VR videos they have also chosen to edit down different parts of that experience to make it as universal as possible.
They have edited that experience to make it look, feel and think like a typical VR user would.
They have cut some of the camera angles, and changed up scenes a bit. The so called editor; they’ve set it up so you don’t need a fully rigged VR set up to play it. I’ll explain more about what I mean later.
