About this Beta:
We are making some changes to the beta system. Instead of starting a new beta for each update, we’ll be making any new features available to all players by implementing to the older game while keeping the servers running to make sure everything is as up-to-date as possible. This way, the bugs and exploits that have been discovered with the previous iterations will be fixed or patched, and we’ll be able to get an even better experience for everyone, plus it’ll give us a chance to work on some things we hadn’t originally planned on (but will be awesome additions)!

Objectives:
The objectives have been set to a small set of updates to meet certain game-play elements, however, we’re still brainstorming what the final objectives will be. We may end up scrapping them all and making everything about the final game!

Enemies:
Initially, we’re working on the enemies in the game. They’re moving around well, but we’re working on making them move faster and pose some unique threats to the player.

Items:
Currently, we’re working on the items in the game, exploring what the best items in the game are. We think everything will be centered around melee weapons, with ranged weapons being there as an option or better version.

Weapons:
Right now, we’re creating specific weapons to be used in the game. Again, we’re exploring the best mechanics to make each weapon distinct and helpful for different situations.

Sound:
Sound will be a big focus for the game, so we’re working on how best to get the sound into the game. It’s gonna be lots of fun to make 🙂

Steam Achievements:
We’re still working on the steam achievements. It’ll be a lot of fun.

The Basics:
The game is very simple right now, but the goal is to add as much depth as possible, while keeping the game fun. My first priority is to make the game fun and exciting, then make it fun when the player makes mistakes and does poorly. Once we’ve done that, we’ll be able to expand upon the game.
