Franklin Joseph (“Movant”) appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Movant pleaded guilty to one count of robbery in the first degree and one count of stealing. Movant claims that he received ineffective assistance of counsel at the plea hearing and that the trial court erred in denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief.
We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum opinion for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order.
