Can you force a Vim repository to load a different.vimrc?

I’d like to load different.vimrc when opening a new file. I already know how to do that, but I’d like to do it in a way that’s independent of the file type, and doesn’t require me to remember to actually source the.vimrc.
I’m aware of the filetype plugin to include a different.vimrc when opening a new file with the same filetype, but I was wondering if there was a better way to do it that doesn’t require you to ask Vim to load a specific filetype?

You should be able to do this with the :autocmd function like so:
autocmd BufNewFile *.py* put this in your.vimrc
autocmd BufNewFile *.py* call Pyflakes#LoadPyflakes(1)
autocmd BufNewFile *.py* set runpy.run_path = ‘python27\lib\runpy.py’

The first two commands are from within the filetype plugin python and the last is a custom autocmd I made that just changes the runpath.
You can use the :lmap function to map a new command to keystrokes so that you don’t have to remember it, but it becomes a little trickier to mix with Vim language mapping.
