Our results show that the GC-FID and GC-HDC methods have acceptable precision and accuracy. Furthermore, the GC-FID and GC-HDC methods are approximately 1-2 orders of magnitude more sensitive than the standard chemical method with NaCN.Auditory-evoked nociception in albino rats.
