A robot localization system is required to generate the position and orientation trajectories of a mobile robot to maximize the overall performance. A standalone vision sensor based on the TLS technique allows for sufficient accuracy. However, only the absolute position of a robot is known when using a standalone vision sensor. This means that we cannot determine the robot’s position and orientation quickly. Therefore, a truss-based trajectory generation method (TBMT) was developed for the generation of the tracking trajectory based on triangulation. The proposed method consists of three parts; namely, the laser triangulation method, the proposed TBMT, and the sliding window technique. To verify the performance of the proposed TBMT, the position and orientation of a robot with a single vision sensor are estimated by moving a laser pointer or a reflective marker attached to the robot. The experimental results verify that the estimation error using the proposed TBMT is only 0.75 mm and 0.56 degree.Ethanol sensitivity of the cerebellar glutamic acid decarboxylase system: relationship between preincubation and treatment.
