Windows Server 2019 can automatically deploy into your network and perform offline patching. This can be done manually by selecting the Deploy a Windows Server Update To Server option on the Deployment Wizard, but in my case, it was not. To activate the feature, we use the Activate-WindowsOptionalFeature command. When you use the -All parameter, Activate-WindowsOptionalFeature will activate all of the optional Windows 10 features you have installed. If you only want to activate one, you can specify that with the -Feature parameter.
Before activating, you have to verify that you want to activate the selected feature by using the get-WindowsOptionalFeature command. You can use the -All parameter to activate all of the optional features. In my case, I used the -Feature parameter to activate the new Windows 10 Optional Features for Windows Server 2019 with AI and IoT Capabilities feature. It will prompt you to activate the feature when you run the Activate-WindowsOptionalFeature command, therefore you will need to use the -Force parameter to override this prompt.

at this point, i have a working windows 10 installation and a fully working windows server installation. we will now use the windows 10 backup to restore it to a clean windows 7 installation. this will create a clean windows 7 installation and remove all of the windows 10 components from the computer.
this will result in a clean windows 7 installation without any trace of windows 10. now, we will install windows 7 on the computer. i will use windows 7 enterprise from microsoft.com. once the installation is finished, we will set up the windows 7 environment as a dual boot. we will boot into windows 7 and do some tests, but do not install any of the windows server components.
all that is left to do is to install windows server 2019 and deploy the office 2019 components on the server. at this point, we will have a fully working windows 7/8 dual boot. i will boot to windows 7 and create a baseline of my windows 7 environment. then, we will make a snapshot to deploy the windows server 2019 version of windows and all of the office 2019 components.
