i’m not letting this one go. now that i’ve had time ti think about it i see that it’s a fusion ritual quick-play, which is an amazing concept. however it’s still a ritual and a fusion card both of those summoning mechanics are inherently -2 so you don’t need to nerf the card, if anything you should boost it. it comes out of the gates with a huge disadvantage and you’re just piling on restrictions. i have 2 changes to propose; firstly remove the atk requirement, it serves no purpose and only makes the card more complicated you’re always using iofiel with this card so this just forces that to be in the grav. secondly remove the restriction on either the monsters or the spell that makes them nessesary to each other, te monsters are only useful in an archlord deck where you would summon them with this and the card’s summoning pool is so small that it does’nt really matter, as of now it can summon level 12, 11, 8, 7 fusion monsters and nothing else at the cost of banishing two monsters. fix those two things and it’s a great card.

upon activation you reflect 40% of all damage you take (after mitigations) for the next 5s back to its owner as true damage. while this is active, enemies cannot lifesteal from you. cooldown 60s. cost: 600.
this is a new active item in its own tree.
known issue: the special fx and sound is temporary. this will be updated in a future patch for clarity.
this is the new hall of heroes. it is at the heart of the high-end gear from lowgold all the way to archlord. in the basement you have five weapon rooms. each room has a list of all the gear that you can get from that room. each room also has a list of the rewards that you can get when you defeat each of the monsters that inhabit that room. each monster has a chance to drop a unique item. the new weapon art is really cool. i was even able to unlock some of the weapon art with a crafting station.
concluding the archlord item ini editor and looking at the many other bug fixes the foundry has brought to the game there isn’t much else to say except that it is a good tool and perhaps is a bit outdated but the progress has been nice to see.
if you decide to uninstall this program, you will have to delete the files by hand. the uninstallation may fail if you don’t have enough free space on your disk. this is why you should uninstall the program into an area with at least 1gb free space.
– if you bought star ocean 2: the last hope and the star ocean 2: cross meridian game of the stars, you will not be able to play them unless you install star ocean: till the end of time to the same folder. star ocean 2: cross meridian game of the stars is not required to play star ocean: till the end of time.
– in case you were using any fan made content and are unsure about doing so, you should move your original star ocean fan content to different locations to prevent any data loss or corruption that may occur during installation.
– if you purchased star ocean: first departure for the psp or star ocean: second evolution for the ps2, you will not be able to play star ocean: till the end of time without the star ocean: first departure patch or star ocean: second evolution perfect/ver.1/ver.2 patches.
– if you purchased star ocean: the last hope for the psp, star ocean: second story perfect, star ocean: millennium story for the psp, star ocean: second evolution perfect, star ocean: second evolution ver.1/ver.2 for the ps2, star ocean: second evolution ver.2 for the ps3 or star ocean: till the end of time for the ps3, you will not be able to play star ocean: till the end of time without a star ocean: last hope patch, star ocean: second story patch, star ocean: millennium story patch or star ocean: second evolution patch.
