i have a motorola xt1062 too, if i install the file first and run the updater, it says “status: error” and then it hangs. but if i remove the file and run the updater again, it starts downloading the file. i think the file i downloaded is for android 4.4.2. can you help me with that?

i have the mt6735 and i am trying to update it. i downloaded the file from your website but when i run it, it says it is not supported. i am running it from the sd card. the only thing i can think of is that the file is for a newer android version than what i have.
hi ricardo, i wanted to know if you have anymore firmware files available for the mt6735. i have another motorola xt1062 tablet and it has been booting into bootloop when trying to update. it seems like the file i downloaded for the samsung omnia 7 is the same as for the xt1062.
if you are using the official download files from microsoft & linux is fine if you are using google for getting the files download from google then if you get an error then you need to download the microsoft ones, otherwise these files do not work. also i really do not know why so many people are getting the wrong files because the latest firmware files are all on the microsoft ones site and they have in excess of 1000 files listed with exact matching names and are all in the.img or.wrw format that work, some are a little older but still in perfect working order. i think your problems might be that your installation is not complete and you are not getting the latest files as this is the only issue.
