this movie is directed by the studio that brought us the first thor film, and has the same writer. marvel studios started up the thor franchise with this film, and while they have since used the franchise as a base for several other films, this film is still the cornerstone of the thor movies. this movie had a lot of work done on the characters and personalities, and the story and concepts for the movie are really interesting. the storyline is unique and different from what i have seen in the other movies, and it is well executed. the dialogue is good, the characters are well developed and the story is quite well done. the quality of the animation is perfect, and the 3d is done very well. i enjoyed this movie very much, and it was one of the better movies i have seen for quite some time.

this is the only thor movie i’ve seen. i would have preferred something more family friendly, or perhaps a reboot. i thought the film was clever, but it’s not very satisfying. it feels like a rehash of the original comic.
i am a big fan of the original thor comics and the thor movies. a few years ago, i read a comic book about thor’s family and decided to make a short film about it. in the film thor and his family come across an ancient artifact and have to defend it from loki and his followers, who seek to destroy it. the film takes place in a world where asgard is a living city and the norse gods have evolved into modern people. while thor is a strong warrior, he is also a kind man.
a new thor movie in this millennium would be welcome. i didn’t really like this movie and i didn’t like it because i love thor so much. the music and sets were pretty neat, but the movie was boring. the movie was a bit too slow paced and the action scenes weren’t very exciting. i can’t wait for the next thor movie to come out.
the asgardians are a race of technologically advanced humanoids who evolved into a peaceful society after the events of the first thor film. thor, the dark world, is not a reboot, but it does stand alone in its own story and timeline. it is set in the marvel comics universe and draws on elements from the original comic.
