How to install it: Go to your Documents folder and open Playstation Network. Navigate to the “Local Storage” folder and open “Photos”. Open the “Library” folder and navigate to the “Game” folder. You can find this folder in “Photos”, navigate to the drive letter “X” in this folder and open it. You will see the “LIBRARY_TOSS_PATH” folder. You can change it to any other name you like, and when you do, you should see a file called “tos_config.ini”.
