Can I create a Table Row dynamically?

I want to create a dynamic table row that contains text boxes and labels on it. I tried to do this with css, but couldn’t do it. Is there any other way?

There are three general ways of creating rows dynamically in a table.
The most common and direct way is to use the InsertRow method of the DataTable object:
dynamicTable1.Rows.Add();

This method is generally very simple, and requires no css in most cases. If you need to have an appearance defined, you will need to add it to a style and apply it to a Row.

The second way is to use the RowTemplate property of a table. If you are using a form in which you do not want a row to be added (because the user can’t submit the form or whatever), set the RowStyle property to Disabled:
dynamicTable1.Rows[0].RowStyle.Disabled = true;

This will cause the row to render without the normal appearance, with simply an empty space. You can style the empty space however you like. The point is, the RowStyle property controls the way the row is rendered.
If you want to be able to create rows dynamically and have a normal appearance, and the user can submit the form as normal, then the best option is to use the RowStyle property as in the first example.

The third option is to create the table row on the fly. There are many ways to do this, the simplest being the DataTable.Rows.AddRange() method. This method takes a collection of DataRow objects (or anything else that implements IEnumerable) as its parameter. So, given a list of DataRow objects, we can add them as normal:
dynamicTable1.Rows.AddRange(dataTable.Rows.Cast().ToList());

If you really want to create the row dynamically, then you could consider using the TableRow class, and creating rows this way. For example, if we had a list of data rows, we could create a row like this:
