You may not have any free disk space left. Due to its permanent need for the latest database files, the program uses the maximum amount of available disk space for storing the database itself, which can significantly reduce the remaining space.
After uninstalling the application, a large amount of temporary files may be left behind. To completely delete all these temporary files, follow the instructions in the Support section of the Help menu.
