I was a heavy user of our 100Mbs connection and my ISP, my mom’s ISP, and of course my landlord. All the slowdowns and problems were due to overuse of my connection. A very expensive phone call later, my landlord agreed to lower our connection to 5Mbs to try and save on his monthly bill. I was able to monitor and reduce the usage with this application.
