13. WARRANTY:ASTM warrants that the ASTM Product is manufactured in accordance with ASTM standards and specifications, in a commercially acceptable manner, and shall perform in the User’s capacity in accordance with ASTM standards and specifications, for the entire period of this Agreement, excluding the warranty set forth below. Without limiting the other warranty disclaimers set forth herein, ASTM does not warrant the ASTM Product with respect to any of the following: (i) workmanship, (ii) intrinsic fairness, or (iii) access to or interoperability of the ASTM Product. ASTM shall provide Customer with immediate access to all defects that occur within the first 90 days of the effective date of this Agreement.

15. MAINTENANCE OF MARKET VALUE:ASTM warrants that it will maintain the value of the ASTM Product to Customer so that ASTM will not be materially damaged by its use by the User. If the User so elects, ASTM will maintain the value of the ASTM Product at current market value on the date of this Agreement or, in the case of ASTM’s products, as of ASTM’s last evaluation of the value of those products. ASTM’s obligation to maintain the market value of the ASTM Product to Customer will be extended to the User for successive Subscription Periods so long as annual subscription fees, as such may change from time to time, are paid.

16. ANTI-RIIPEDIAN/CYBER SECURITY:ASTM may change its Product configuration in any way. ASTM reserves the right to design or designate new product configuration. If ASTM changes its Product configuration for any reason, the change is a breach of this warranty.
