You may know Ellegri Games as a well-known development studio specializing in mobile games for smartphones and tablets. But what you may not know is that Ellegri Games is also developing a new Fantasy Action RPG called “Elden Ring” for Android. Elden Ring just released its first official trailer, and we got to play about half an hour of the game during this month’s N1NE conference. The game still has about 10 months of development left, but the early gameplay suggests that Elden Ring is going to be another wonderfully magical RPG with a story built around lore and mythology.
The player character in Elden Ring is based on a hero from the world’s magical history, and as you progress through the game’s expansive story, you take the role of this character, who progresses in rank from a simple knight to a mighty lord.
One of the core features of Elden Ring is the fact that it supports asynchronous gameplay with other players online. As you do battle with enemies in the game, you can chat with other players at the same time and see how you rank up against them and other players. It’s this element, among others, that makes Elden Ring feel more real than most games in this genre. The game is still in the early stages of development, so we don’t know what role-playing elements or multiplayer features the final product will feature. But for now, we were completely satisfied with the asynchronous gameplay. It’s the part of Elden Ring that really brings it to life and makes it feel more like a real RPG. That’s not to say that the game doesn’t have a distinct storyline, but, like we said, there are no enemies to fight, and the story for now is just an extended version of the tutorial that players have to go through before they can move on to the more difficult content.

The combat system of Tarnished the New Fantasy has been altered a bit.
1. The defense factor of the damage absorbed by the character has been changed from an open-rank attribute to defense based on block and skill.
As a result, normal attacks in the game have been weakened.
