The most basic thing you can do in AutoCAD is type in commands. There are many shortcuts available which make typing commands much faster.
When a command starts with an asterisk (*), it is run in the command line window.
To type a command, type the command, press Enter, and then type the parameters (arguments) for that command in the command line window.
Here is an example:
To jump to the next command in the command line, press Up or Ctrl+Alt+Up. To jump to the previous command in the command line, press Down or Ctrl+Alt+Down.
If you enter a space while in the command line, it’s automatically deleted and you are returned to the command prompt. If you enter a space or a comma, the whole command is immediately replaced by what you typed. If you enter an apostrophe (single quote), it is also interpreted as a command, and the cursor is returned to the command line window.
You can also type text, numbers, and dates in the command line window and parameters are automatically added to the command.
Double-clicking on an object in the drawing window (the “Active” view) opens that object into the command line window. You can change the active view by clicking on the “Active” label at the top of the command line window.
There are a couple of handy keyboard commands that you can use in the command line window.

Hi, have seen some similar glasses on eBay and am wondering why they don’t stick to the glass? Do they really hold so much liquid? Mine are old Perrier glasses and they seem to be designed to let the liquid flow through. Anyhow, thanks for any help. Sue
To answer your question, I don’t know. I don’t know what the glasses are made of, but I have seen all different kinds.
A year or so ago, I was sitting at a restaurant and had a great Chardonnay from the Central Coast of California. It was a wonderful, fruity wine, very refreshing. I had bought a lot of little souvenir tasting glasses and decanted it in one of them. It was really full by the time I was finished, so I set it aside and waited until the next day. When I took it out to serve it that night, the glass was completely empty. When I drank it, it had leaked from the rim. It was a good serving glass, so I didn’t feel so bad.
Then, I bought a bottle of Chardonnay and some really nice tasting glasses. I decanted it in the glasses, and left them to sit for a few hours. They were almost completely full at the end of the day.
I think that if you’re really careful with them, you should be ok.
Personally, I love to carry a glass of wine in my pocket.
