Improved design experience. A brand new back-end, graphics rendering engine, and GUI design have been added. AutoCAD 2023 will have an integrated experience.

Reduced the update size to make AutoCAD lighter.
March 2019 Update:
Added the ability to open and save in the new tablet/mobile user interface.
The new design will use an application programming interface (API) for new features.
Also, the new AI/WYSIWYG user interface uses only 4 DPI.
May 2019 Update:
Supported the new Windows 10 system in AutoCAD.
The new system includes a command line, a single executable that contains all of the components of AutoCAD, and the ability to run as a background service.
AutoCAD will no longer install on a system without a command line.
If you have older versions of Windows, you can still access the command line from the system recovery options.
AutoCAD is now available for the Universal Windows Platform, so it can run on Android and iOS devices.
