i found this book in the public library. it was the first one i got as its the one that sparked my interest in the whole emotional intelligence business. i was more than excited to see a book on it as this has been something ive been interested in reading for a while now. the book itself is very good as it gives a good overview of the emotional intelligence domain. the book is definitely worth reading.
i have come across this book by michael grose which is an interesting book on the topic of the importance of emotional intelligence. the book is written by an ex catholic priest and sociologist. its is published by basic books. i think its a good buy.

im afraid without further info it will be difficult to find it. there are many texts with the title the bread of life. here for instance a book by st. thomas aquinas:. (there are also several other books on the eucharist that you may find useful, in the section our faith:.) god bless.
(ps. there is also a short book by fr. l. feeney called bread of life; it can be found online for freehowever, keep in mind that fr. feeneys denial of baptism of desire was condemned by the church in 1949.)

This is a book that has most of what it takes to make the book more effective, and it is written with such clarity that it can be used independently, without attending further courses or seminars.
Doesn’t seem to be a free version. I also found this book at my local library and found it to be an excellent and concise book that is well worth reading. I purchased this book last year and have not regretted the purchase.I have also heard that the book has been revised, which appears to be the case.
Easily one of the best books on Emotional Intelligence ever written and perhaps the best thing to come out of Positive Psychology. The authors here tell us how to reconnect with ourselves in a healthy and meaningful way, something that’s a novel concept for many of us in today’s world.
you cant beat free. the library has been closed for renovations but ill look there first. my roommates and i were just asking my parents about it. if youre diligent, youre all set. im not sure about spiritual guides but i found a book that i think is pretty good. it was a digital copy so i cant remember the name but ill see if i can dig it up.
