It’s a start, but I think the basic idea would have worked better if they hadn’t changed the name to Smart Object. I’m surprised Apple didn’t just add a separate adjustment layer to the toolbar.

As the new update hits the market, it’s the software equivalent of company-wide amnesia. Anything that you think is new is actually old and better. No one really said who would take over, just what.

This new version of Photoshop is a total disaster. Since no one I know is using anything new and every time you open a PSD or try to do anything in it, you’re inundated with errors and prompts for fixing and correcting all the problems.
